Today I am keeping it brief which is a small miracle for me I know
but I am madly painting the most deliciously weird set of objects for an illustration job
and I have absolutely no clue how I am going to pull them together
but that is half the fun and I am kind of impatient to see if I pull it off
of course it may all end in a whole mess of paint and require medicinal doses of chocolate
which is actually quite a distinct possibility because I spent the last half hour trying to fix the weird dots of paint that kept appearing on the drawings
I couldn't work out how I splattered them and I just couldn't seem to fix them
turned out it was some paint on my glasses
so today's post is a bit different and involves a video
every month I illustrate an amazing product called The GoodnessMe Box
which is a subscription service that send you healthy products to try
I love getting my box, have learnt so much, and our pantry and fridge look very different now thanks to being introduced to so many fab new things
and Peta, and Kara and the crew are just a joy to deal with
so I made a video of how I painted up the June box
there are two versions... the top one has narration if you are interested
and the other has music, which of course you can also mute if you like the whole zen watching thing
hope you enjoy them and happy painting all...xx
Narrated Video...

Hope you pulled off your illustration without too many pieces of chocolate, which they now say makes you live longer so eat it up. I sure would. Love the video too. Lots of fun to watch you paint and see what goodies you got in this box.
Oh, you make it look so easy!!!
It amazes me how you make actual products look even more delicious in paint than in person, so to speak. That peanut butter looked awesome, but then c-granny finished off our jar the other day and I'm left with empty celery. :o( She's a peanut butter hog, I swear. Give her a tablespoon and a jar and we're done.
Goodness me is gonna be thrilled. Smart people, those. ;o)
Looks awesome Tracey. You are such an inspiration!
Love your work, thanks so much for sharing this with us!
You do make them look even better than the real packages. Great job and loved the video--with narration, of course. ;)
Haha, paint on your glasses:-) Sounds like something Phantom would give you a hard time about;-) I like the different composition of this goodness me painting - one can never go wrong with circles and dots in my eyes!
Wonderful illustrations, Happy PPF, Hugs, Valerie

Could've been me with paint on the glasses :))
Loved watching you painting, it looks all
so easy. What you do in a few minutes takes
me a few hours :)) Hopefully with practice
I'll become a bit quicker ;)
Have a wonderful day!

It's such a pleasure to watch you paint, and the result is nothing but fantastic. Products is the one thing that scares me, so I keep pushing that in front of me.
Oh my gosh, I am so crushing on your artwork Tracey!!!! Love these and your videos!! WOW....
oooh and you've inspired me.... said so!!! on my blog
xx
I don't know how you manage to draw packaging with words on so easily - I think that must be one of the hardest things to capture because you have to get the wording to look exactly like it does on the packet and with the folds or distortions caused by the packet/jar on top of that - wow - you're awesome!!
I could never get tired of seeing (and hearing) you paint. It's brilliant that you're willing to let us watch you.
Goodness me will be thrilled with this illustration. It's brilliant... but then it always is. They know a good thing when they see it.
I LOVED being able to watch you work on this beautiful painting. I'm always fascinated by learning about other artist's techniques. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed week, my friend!
Fantastic video and painting. You really do make it look easy.Wonderful work.
Loved your video! Thank you. Your style is so fresh.
What a great video! I loved watching how you painted those fabulous articles from your Go box. Thanks for the instructions. Really enjoyed my visit today.
wow, it is so fun to watch you paint. And your comment "ink with paint makes me incredibly happy" - so true :) Great that you are adding videos here. You are getting really good at them. M.x
Love hearing you and watching you produce your amazing illustrations Tracey-they are gorgeous!!
I really enjoy listening to you and watching you work; and you sound a though you are enjoying what you are doing and that makes the difference between a good video and one that I would turn off. Thank you for sharing Tracey. Have a great weekend {{Hugs}} xx
You're the coolest - I love watching you paint (and I could listen to you all day ;) )!!!
Don't take this the wrong way, like..I'm not a stalker, really! But I love your accent soooo much, Tracey. I had to watch the narrated video just to hear your voice. heehee
Really enjoyed watching. So interesting I may watch again!!!
I have missed visiting y'all (southern US for you all - ha ha). Your video was super interesting - I try to paint fast to be loose - however I am usually making up the colors so I have to do a lot of "over painting" - also I am working in acrylics. You do a fabulous job of making the products look so more interesting than a photo. Love the paint dots on the glasses - have done that myself
Wonderful video, i am glad i took the time to watch. So fun to see your process!
Loved your video. Love your painting. YOu are an inspiration. I keep telling myself I'm going to start doing more with watercolor.
PS: I did an onion :))
Tracey, you look like you are having so much fun and doing so well with money making projects, too. i wish my schedule was more open this year, I would have taken your drawing veggies class. Watercolor, too, as I find it difficult.
How oh how do you make it look like it's simple? Wonderful. xox
You make it look so easy Tracey... wonderful work! Thanks for sharing the process with us. Oh, and i LOVE your accent! ("what accent", she says. sheeeeeesh). :) xx
I LOVE your videos Tracey! I feel like I'm right there with you, cuppa in hand! Thanks so much for posting... I always find it fascinating to watch how other Artists work :0)
OH! Love the video and listening to your voice. You make it come alive and do it with such ease♥ GREAT JOB!!!
Il tuo video è meraviglioso come il tuo lavoro!!
