A Sunday Ode

To all of you
who are
sew sew witty
thank you

to all those people who
have taken
the time
and effort
to comment
may your lives be free
 of the ghost of vomit

To all who have inspired me
over the last few weeks
may you
never again know
the feel of
a spray
of dog snot

and I hope you have had a great weekend...
for me it has been all about painting
for the ...

Which will be revealed on Tuesday
with a theme that
has made me
swear
and tear out my hair
and ultimately cover myself
and my desk
in paint...

Here are some of my past entries...

Ritual...

Happiness...

Security...

Dislike...
and this month's work in progress is...

a very messy palette...
 all will be revealed
on Tuesday
xx

Great poem, love the display above your desk, and seeing all those MPC pieces all together is fantastic. Oh the suspence, can't wait to see your piece on Tuesday, I'd wish it was the15th right now if I had finished my piece. Xx

Ha! I feel like I've been on this journey with you (and I even have the needle scars to prove it!). To add to the vomit theme (sorry....), yesterday our drain blocked ... I won't go into any further detail ... the word YUCK should suffice. However, I am very lucky in that the man about the house recognised it as his duty to fix. I cook and iron - he cleans out unmentionables!

I suppose some yuck is part of life...part of the rich tapestry of everyday happenings.
Wonderful work though, I really adore your header picture. (Smile every time I come here, I do.)

Your wall of paintings is gorgeous! I also love all your entries for the Painter's Challenge and I'm sure your current entry will be just as super.

Yes, Cody was much better after his puke this morning...he is now lying fast asleep under my foot while I type away at the computer desk.

Have a lovely Sunday evening,

Serena :)

I'm anxious to see your theme on Tuesday. The collection of work you showed is beautiful. I wish I could paint. Or draw. But, it's just not meant to be. Makes me appreciate all the more people like you who are so creatively talented with those skills!
